By God’s grace every saved person has a spiritual gift. Not only that in Romans 12:6 we are urged to put them to use. In today’s chapter Paul provides some guidelines on how these gifts are to be used for the building up of Jesus’ church.

  1. Good balanced and beneficial presentation of 1 Cor. 14. I am not a cessationist so I give it a more “charismatic” interpretation. I have received personal “prophecies” that encouraged me, but of course preaching the word is more important.

    1. Thanks so much. I appreciate your comment. So many within the body of Christ seem to be looking for a fight. The seize on a point of difference and make it into a test of orthodoxy, or even salvation. While their are things to divide over. I see so much unnecessary division in the body.
